Notable tenants include Giant, Courts, Pasaraya Billion and a host of other retail and F&B names. The Group ventured into our first purpose-built commercial centre project in Taman Tun Perak, Cheras. Completed in 2011, the development comprises shop offices, a badminton complex and a hypermarket.
The Group’s latest project is the Bangi Avenue Commercial Hub. Centred as a vibrant destination for leisure, the township commercial hub will feature the Bangi Wonderland Theme Park and Resort, Le’venue Hotel, Pasaraya Besar CS, a shopping boulevard and other exciting components which are in the pipeline. Located in the rising and modernized new township Bangi Avenue Convention Centre (BACC) is one of the largest and most advanced multi-purpose convention centres in in the Southern Klang Valley coming soon in 2018.
